Решил протестировать генерацию видео через изображение на двух сайтах для сравнения. https://klingai.com и https://hailuoai.video
В начале сгенерил изображение

После этого сделал запрос в генератор видео, в котором хотел увидеть конкретно движение плаща, текущую воду с водопада и плывущие по небу облака. В обоих генераторах одни и те же параметры.
Первый результат был в Клинг. Как по мне он выполнил условие запроса и сохранил качество картинки.
Второй запрос был в Hailuo Ai. Тут конечно сразу видна разница. Качество картинки зашакалило и не выполнило все условия генерации.
Клинг показал себя лучше, хоть генераций в нем дают мало, зато качество лучше.
